Taylor helped me so much with my neck injury and joint and nerve pain. I am more knowledgeable about hypermobility and what I can do to keep my joints more stable! She is so easy to work with and always ready to answer questions and tailor the exercises to the exact issues I am experiencing. I am so lucky I found a specialist in hypermobility!

Friendly people, relaxing atmosphere, and knowledge

Kaitlyn is absolutely adorable! My Sis has Downs Syndrome & PT with her once to twice a week and she counts down the days to seeing Kaitlyn again. My Sis has limited vocabulary & mobility, she is so patient & understanding with her. She can't eat certain candies, the next time we came in Kaitlyn had the candies she can eat. May not seem like a lot to some but it means alot to us. Run to book her, she gives print outs of home PT & answers all my questions & doesn't make me feel dumb for asking.

There are people here who know their stuff and are professional. But sadly, there are also people here who don’t. I never knew what to expect, even though I was told I would be with an actual PT, which was very rare. Within the two months I was there for my knee replacement, I had a student, a PT assistant (the manager???), and a few times they called the girl at the front desk over, and she clearly had no idea what to do. Short-staffed, I guess. They were all nice, but when you are paying for a professional, it was disappointing. I left and finished out my course with YouTube. My knee is doing great. *** On a side note, it is REALLY uncool to gossip about your coworkers when clients are there.

My girls have been going to peak for about a year and a half for OT and PT and we’ve had such a great experience! Everyone from front end staff to clinicians has been helpful and welcoming and very receptive to addressing concerns as they come up. The clinic is clean, safe, and in a convenient location. We’re so thankful for the services we’ve received at peak!

I had problems with my jaw which Peak Performance in Garner addressed. The therapists are vey professional, and we're able to fix the problem. I would choose them again. I have had no pain or discomfort since then.

I drive 45-50 minutes to go to this clinic because Taylor is that great. She truly cares, validates my experience, and is incredibly knowledgeable.

The people at the Garner Peak Performance Physical therapy are awesome. I love seeing all of them and I tell everybody I could possibly tell to go there. They are great. I would not want to go to any other physical therapist if you Need physical therapy that’s the place to go

Starting at Peak Performance in Garner has changed how I look at my new diagnosis. I have support and the comfort that I’m not alone is unparalleled. The entire staff is knowledgeable and accommodating which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the medical community.

Had excellent care and help after i hurt my back. The facility was always clean and inviting with plants in the windows. All my appointments were on time, I never had to wait.

What can I say...only wonderful things about Garner PP. Taylor and all of her staff are so welcoming and friendly! But most importantly, so knowledgeable. I have learned more from Taylor than any other doctor. She's helped me recover from 2 hip replacements and now with PMR. Not only is she great at actual therapy but she has been a wealth of knowledge about my conditions. I just finished my sessions for my shoulder at Peak Performance in Jacksonville. They were amazing. From the time you walked in the front door and were greeted by the girl behind the desk, everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone worked very hard to make sure my needs were met and I was making progress. I almost hated to see my sessions end. Jessica definitely runs a very efficient office/facility. Everyone seems to get along so well. If I need PT again I will definitely return to Peak Performance.

We are always welcomed by Jamie and Netara’s smiling faces when we come for our appointments. They are absolutely wonderful! Our kids absolutely love Laura and Cam. They’ve been so great and have helped them so much. You really get to know everyone in the office and they genuinely care about our family.

When I first started physical therapy here, I could barely walk because of the severe pain caused by a lower back injury. Just three weeks later, I am walking with almost my normal stride again, and I’m continuing to improve every day. Beyond helping me recover, they’re also taking the time to educate me on how to strengthen my core muscles so I can better support my spine and help prevent further damage. Every member of the team I have worked with has been exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. So far, I have worked with three different therapists and each one has been outstanding. Emily, however, is phenomenal. From my very first evaluation, she immediately put me at ease. Watching her assess my condition, process all of the information, and develop a personalized treatment plan in real time was both reassuring and impressive. What stands out most is the way they make you feel. When you are there, you genuinely feel as if your recovery is their top priority. They don’t just treat injuries, they treat people with kindness, encouragement, and respect. I’ve watched them interact with other patients, and everyone receives that same level of care and attention. I’ve been to other PT clinics in town, and I have never received this level of excellence. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in your recovery, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
