Absolutely great experience and results working with Jeremy at Peak Performance in Raleigh. I dealt with pain from plantar fasciitis in both feet for 21 months. After 4 sessions I was 90% better. I told my doctor to refer here instead of a podiatrist

The staff here at Peak Performance is phenomenal.  From the first day of my post op assessment,  to now 8 weeks post op every session has been just amazing. The therapists I worked with, Sarah, Billy and CJ along with their assistants plus Amanda for scheduling….they couldn’t have treated me anymore like family than they did. I pray I don’t need therapy again not because of them but I don’t want to endure what I did again. However, if I do, I’ll definitely go back to them. They deserve more than 5 stars.

When I started therapy my back pain level was a constant 8 and  I had no activity endurance.  I am progressing quickly with both.  The therapists are not only excellent, but actually listen to my input and requests.  Peak Performance is by far the best of any of the PT clinics I have used. I went for about 6 months in 2023 to work on strengthening and motion. I have a prosthetic knee (full knee replacement) and they made sure that I was comfortable, not in pain, and gave me specific exercises for my needs. Jeremy was my therapist and he is so awesome! The therapist were very helpful. I started out with limited range of motion with a fair amount of pain. After almost three months, my range of motion was back to my normal and the pain was gone. I've had the pleasure to work with three amazing physical therapists at Peak Performance. From my initial assessment to diagnosis what was wrong, to answering my questions about getting back to training on a high level, each therapist has taken the time to help me understand what was wrong and has helped me get on the path to healing and being pain free. Most of all, they listened, didn't rush me when explaining what I was feeling, and I'm confident that I'll be back to normal soon. The therapist is knowledgeable and cares. The entire staff at Peak has made me feel welcomed and has helped in some way to make the experience here pleasant. I went to Peak Performance several years ago in Greenville.  I developed more problems with my scoliosis this year and the surgeon ordered PT.  Imagine my surprise to see Peak Performance in Washington!  it's closer to my home and I don't have to drive to Greenville!  It's also great that I have the same person who worked with me in G'ville. The staff:  Justin, Seth and Brooks are outstanding!  They will work with your schedule and accommodate the PT sessions that is convenient for you.  The quality of care is tailored to your needs. After months of resting, icing, and elevating my injured knees, my doctor suggested I try physical therapy. I am so grateful I chose Peak Performance! On day 1, CJ evaluated me and told me I would be able to get back to doing everything I could do before my injury. Though it was hard to believe at first, I put my trust in her, Jeremy, and the Peak Performance team. I did everything they asked me to, and after 3 months I am back to moving and exercising like I was before! I’ve been to a few physical therapist in Greenville and Peak Performance in Winterville  is by far the best! Knowledgeable physical therapist, assistants and nice office staff! Peak Performance in Winterville was highly recommended. All of there staff are very knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled. The PT that I am currently working with is CJ and I have only had one visit but I am very impressed with her knowledge of my Plantar fasciitis and the different exercises to help beat this painful problem. She explained everything so I could understand my problem and made recommendations on the therapy.
