After I sustained a foot/ankle injury from running, the team at Peak Performance helped me to develop a great strength and mobility program that got me back on the pavement faster than I would’ve expected. The staff is extremely caring, helpful, and supportive in all that they do in helping each and every individual that is there for therapy. They take their time in explaining exactly what they're doing and why and if it does not seem to be working for that individual, what can be done to adjust the program in order to help that individual. I gave it a three at this point. On a Friday I had my therapy after about 2 or 3 sessions in when I left peak performance. throughout the day I was experiencing some pain from the therapy, which I'm sure is expected but in this case the pain got so severe I tried to call and they were closed and I was in pain for 3 days. My next appointment is not until Tuesday but will contact them Monday to see if I can get any type of relief. I must say though the therapists are wonderful and I hold nothing against them I just wish I had some way to have been able to talk to someone to see how to relieve the pain.

I did not connect with my physical therapist, when we 1st met he was cool then on day 2 I was ask to wait in my car 3 min before my appointment due to Covid 19 I respected that but when I left after my session there were 2 people waiting in the waiting room. I felt my therapist was pushing me way to hard, I have a skin condition under my arm when I told him "I dont know if you need to know or not but I have this skin condition. It comes and goes", he says "yeah I didn't need to know that"..... I felt if your pushing hard down on an area where I have skin issues you should want to know. Then I remembered he never did ask me my medical history he just knew one thing about me. Then when I kept asking if I was doing moves right so I would avoid hurting myself more he tells me" you dont have to keep asking me, I'll let you know if your doing it wrong". Maybe he was having an off day but I just didn't feel we would work together and in order for me to be willing to come do the work I need to look forward to working with my therapist.

Did PT at Jacksonville South and Sneads Ferry, but mostly at JS. Staff at JS incredibly friendly and professional. Plenty of exercise equipment nice relaxing vibe. SF office was equally so. I would definitely recommend.

Peak performance is a very good sports and physical therapy clinic. I have had 6 therapy appointments with Kyle Terry, DPT and have made great progress in strengthening my knee and leg after total knee replacement surgery last year. I previously had therapy in Virginia for 8 months and had made little progress.  I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing their services.
