I can’t recommend Alan at Peak Performance enough. He provided me with all the right tools and knowledge to support the healing and strengthening of my shoulder weakness. Thanks to his guidance, I’m now able to care for my 5-month-old baby with little to no pain—and I continue to feel better and stronger each week. He also helped address a muscle imbalance between my glute muscles, which has made a noticeable difference in my overall strength and stability. The vibe is laid-back and friendly, but the work absolutely gets done. Alan is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in long-term results. My name is Cassie. I’ve never had to use a Physical Therapist and did not know what to expect going into this. But when I went for my first scheduled appointment I felt very comfortable and the pain is well worth the benefits of the Physical Therapist knowledge and experience and understanding what was going on with me. And tailored to a plan that was just for me. Alan knew exactly what and how I needed to do to get me back on track to heal and try to keep on moving towards my goal of getting better and building back my strength so I could have a better life and enjoy my family. I have done physical therapy a number of times in the past and this was by far been my best, most beneficial experience.  Almost every time I’ve done therapy in the past, whether it be for shoulders or back, I felt like the therapist was just going down a list and picking random things for me to do. Would highly recommend Peak Performance to anyone needing physical therapy. Katherine and Darrin are fantastic physical therapists who genuinely care about their patients. Their team is personable and they take a vested interest in the health and well-being of their clients. They promote a fun, positive atmosphere while providing expertise to a wide range of ailments. Best Physical Therapy practice in North Carolina.  I have been to Darren and now to Reagan for 3 different injuries over the last 5 years. They are the best.  I was a Navy SEAL for 20 years so I thought I knew a little about working out.  They blow my mind each visit with new exercises and techniques.
