Our office is located at 900 S Franklin St. Suite 201 in the same building as the Village Pharmacy of Wake Forest. You can access our parking lot from Highway 98 by turning onto Franklin where the Welcome to Wake Forest sign is.
At Peak – Wake Forest, we provide both adult and pediatric physical therapy services as well as speech and occupational therapy for patients of both age groups.
Pediatric physical therapy
